Our Journey

We were married in 1983 in Bethany, OK.  God has blessed us with 3 children (Amanda, Zachary, and Leah) and so far 3 grandsons (Matthew, Noah and Elijah)!  Although we attended church off and on for many years, it wasn’t until I was involved in a serious trucking accident that I really got serious about God.

We attended a small church in Oklahoma City after my accident and I finally began to grow as a Christian.  I was raised in church, and although I knew most of the Bible stories, I really didn’t know or understand how it all applied to my life.

1995 – Our Lives Changed

Our pastor invited us to go on a mission trip to Mexico.  I thought ‘Why Not?  I love Mexican food and I’ve never traveled out of the US except for a short trip into Canada as a young teen.’  So, I took vacation from work and on that trip I felt the call of God on my life to serve him full-time.

I trained for the ministry and we’ve been missionaries since the fall of 1997.  For more information on our missionary ministry see our other website 2EveryCreature.com

Only by the Grace of God we’ve been able to help establish 9 churches in Mexico and have seen many lives transformed by the gospel message.

In late 2021, the Lord has led me to move our ministry focus a few miles north of the border.  We are still missionaries, just now focused in the El Paso area.  We’re excited to see how the Lord works in this new area.  Pray for us!

I made this site in order to be able to help people discover the true meaning of life and so they can find fulfillment in Jesus Christ like we have.

For many years I was busy about my life – making money, raising my family, buying my house and pursuing the American dream to the best of my ability.  I quickly discovered that none of those things lead to lasting fulfillment.

I know that the vast majority of people are following the same path that I was and this site is an effort to help you escape that rat race!

No, the Christian life isn’t a bed of roses or a life without problems.  I’ve had my share, believe me.  The difference is now I have my sins forgiven and a home in heaven.  I also have a Christian family that in many ways help me more than my real family.

The Bible says “For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior;  Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.”

This declaration by God says that He wants everyone to be saved, and then to come to the knowledge of the truth (God’s Word).  We want to help you on your journey of knowing God and then gaining knowledge of the Bible.  Read More…
